When I do actually sit down to watch TV I like: The Surreal Life and any of the VH1 entertainment type shows for background noise and amusement. I'll also watch CSI, House, Lost, interesting pieces on Court TV like Forensic Files, and I love watching my favorite old reruns on TV Land or something interesting on TLC.
